  • How much will it cost?
    Depending on the size of the website you require, prices start from £69 for a one page online advert, together with hosting costs of £3 per month. Sites with multiple pages cost from £299 depending on the complexity of the design and hosting costs from £5 per month depending on the facilities required such as database support, secure pages and email forwarding etc. (back)
  • How long will it take?
    For a simple 1 page site, it would normally take a week assuming all specific graphics and fonts have been supplied if necessary.
    Multiple page, or complex sites may take several months, but we will always provide interim holding pages and email facilities during this process if required, to enable your online service to commence or continue (back)
  • I'm not located near you, do we need to meet?
    In most cases a meeting isn't necessary and many of our sites have been completed with contact via email and telephone only. If we feel that a meeting is necessary to further the development we can arrange to visit you at a mutually agreed location. (back)
  • What do I need to provide?
    All we require is the actual text of the site. It is not necessary to have it all ready and complete when we start but it will help us structure the website more effectively.

    We also welcome any ideas, be it colour, structure, overall appearance or anything else that you would like incorporated in your site. We want you to be happy with the final result so encourage any involvement from yourselves!

    If you have no idea what you would like to see on your website - just leave us to it!! - We will consult with, and inform you of progress throughout the development! (back)
  • What do I need to have a fully online website?
    You need a domain name - e.g. www.yourname.co.uk, your actual webpages and some Hosting Space - the actual place your website is stored on the Internet. We include all of these if required. We are quite happy to simply design the website and transfer it to your chosen hosting company with your existing domain name if you prefer! The choice is yours! (back)
  • What do I get for the price?
    The initial cost is for the design and implementation of the website - whether that be a full package including domain name, design and hosting, or simply designing the site to be uploaded to your chosen hosting.

    If you have chosen to let us host your site, the first year's fees for Hosting Space, Domain Name and associated costs is included. The annual renewal fee of £49 for hosting will then be due one year after initial setup and every year thereafter. The domain name renewal interval and cost will depend on the duration and type of domain name (.com, .co.uk etc.) chosen initially.

  • Can you ensure I am at the top of the search engines?
    We will submit your website to search engines on your behalf, using the specific keywords and phrases to ensure you stand the best chance of being chosen by a prospective customer, however it can take many months for you to 'move up the list' and while we do our best using many tools at our disposal, there is no guarantee that you will reach the top. We will review your placing monthly as part of our maintenance and will adjust your site if necessary to improve your search results. (back)
  • What if I want to change my website after setup?
    If you have a small change you wish to make on your website, such as a picture, some text, or a price then we will not charge for that.

    If the changes are significant, such as adding additional webpages, changing the design or some other substantial change, then we will agree a price based on the amount of time it will take us to provide these changes. We normally charge this time at £25 an hour. We will of course discuss all changes to ensure the best results are achieved at the best price. (back)
  • Can you get me a Domain?
    Yes. If you provide us with the web address you would ideally like and we will provide you with a list of options for you to choose from. Simply let us know which you require and we will then purchase the Domain on your behalf. We can obtain .com, .co.uk and all of the other popular extensions, including EU and internationals.   • Can I have several domain names for my site?
    Yes, you can have multiple domain names and extensions, e.g yourdomain.com, yourdomain.co.uk etc. and we can arrange that they all point to the same website. (back)
